: A couple of thoughts that come to mind are reciprocal linking for those of us with online businesses or classified ads in magazines or local newspapers. From what I have read, classified ads can be very effective as those who read them are already looking to buy something. Prices vary depending on the publication. We had tried a classified ad in Dog Fancy magazine and while responses for catalog requests were okay, orders were minimal.
